OrbiCut Table & OrbiCut Extension In order to keep the feeding of the pipes to the pipe saw at a constant level, to make it as easy as possible for the operators and also to be able to guarantee the perfect 90° cut at the end of the pipe, the following items are used: OrbiCut Table (basic frame pipe feeder) and OrbiCut Extension (extension of the pipe feeder). The basic frame, the OrbiCut Table, is equipped with a pedestal on which the respective pipe saw is placed and screwed down. This pedestal is equipped with a lifting rod including a handwheel - the handwheel can be used to set the appropriate height of the position of the pipe saw, which can be manually adjusted to the various pipe sizes by means of the lifting rod, so that the cutting edge subsequently results in the best possible angle, thus providing the optimum preparation for orbital welding. The basic frame and the extension modules are made of very stable aluminum profiles and are able to transport even large and heavy pipes effortlessly on the stainless steel rollers. The inclined feed of the stainless steel rollers ensures that the pipes are immediately stored according to their size.
